BHADERWAH,NOV 22 (KNO) : Call it a dilatory mode of functioning of the concerned authorities or the sorry state of affairs, the construction of the much hyped Army Good will school is in limbo with the project missing several deadlines as the much-talked about expansion of educational infrastructure to meet the requirement of the students in Chenab Valley has remained confined to the official files in Jammu and Kashmir as construction work of building and other infrastructure of " Army Goodwill school " sanctioned in Malothi area of Bhaderwah seven years back not started mainly because of insensitivity of state and central government . The most shocking aspect is that even after the lapse of seven years and acquisition of 222 Kanal of land the concerned authorities are not in a position to specify the time-frame for this prestigious project getting the required building and infrastructure and insensitivity of all the concerned authorities towards the otherwise priority sector dashed the hopes of Bhaderwah people and other parts of erstwhile Doda district . “What to talk of previous dispensations, even the present PDP-BJP Coalition Government has failed to get expedited the raising of infrastructure for of Army Good will school Malothi , Bhaderwah despite the fact that tall claims are being made about laying special focus on expansion of educational infrastructure in Bhaderwah ”, sources regretted while disclosing that not even one brick has been laid for for this army school despite lapse of seven years.Quoting an example, sources said that raising of building for army good will school has yet not began and the only development that has taken place in respect of this school during the last seven years is finalization of site and acquisition of land and nobody knows when the work will actually start on ground and what is obstacle in its construction .It is notable to mention here that when land was allocated in favour of the school and compensation is also paid to all land owners then what is the reason that not a single building has since been constructed (KNO)
